Introducing the Pure-Triumph Facebook October Bike of the Month!

That the Daytona 675 can throw it down on the race track isn't news.  In fact, its a fact.

The D675: narrow, nimble, fast.  Responsive, agile, light.

Have torque? The D675's three-cylinder engine most certainly does.

Just as good on the street as the track?  Check.

Fun?  Good luck concealing the post-ride 24-hour perma-grin.

Yep. I may not be ditching my Ducati 848Evo anytime soon, but I can't say that I haven't been sorely tempted by Triumph's Daytona.

But what happens when you improve the Daytona's already formidable race capabilities?

With perhaps a Penske Triple Clicker Shock here, Traxxion Dynamics forks there, and maybe a Bazzaz ZFI-TC with custom map thrown in for good measure, and full Titanium Remus exhaust system for kicks?

So happy you asked.

Other than producing a serious racing machine, you also get the Pure-Triumph Facebook October Bike of the Month.  Congratulations Mike!!!

Mike's 2007 Triumph Daytona 675 isn't any ordinary Daytona.  And that's a pretty high bar; "ordinary" isn't exactly a word commonly associated with Triumph's supersport.

Not only is Mikes D675 enticingly photogenic:

But it has the goods to back up the look:

Including the aforementioned Penske Triple Clicker Shock and Traxxion Dynamics forks, the bike sports Woodcraft rearsets and a GPR steering damper. A Yoyodyne slipper clutch compliments the full exhaust and Bazzaz custom mapping.

Race bodywork with Trackwraps covering and a Zero Gravity double bubble windscreen complete the picture.  Pirelli Super Corsa Pro DOT race tires keep the whole package on the track and rubber-side down.

At Pure-Triumph, the prevailing sentiment:  Serious bike envy.

Who wouldn't want the chance (and thrill) of riding this D675 race machine around the track?
